Up to RD$5,000.00 daily and only from available funds.

You will only be able to withdraw RD$100.00 and RD$500.00 bills.

Which transactions can I make in a Centro de Negocios Personales (CNP)?

All types of banking transactions, although in some cases, certain restrictions apply.  

Which transactions can I make at the service branches?

All banking transactions, without restrictions.

Is there a limit of transactions per client?

In our traditional branches, you can make as many transactions as you wish, but in branches located in Supermarkets and Department Stores, we limit the transactions to 3 per client in order to expedite service.

Can I receive money from family members that live outside the country?

You may receive transfers through any of our branches sent through MoneyGram or directly to your account, via any of our correspondent banks.
