What security do the branches offer?

In all our branches we rely on the latest security and control systems to provide the proper protection to our customers and employees.

What security does our ATM Network offer?

In some, we offer the protection provided by our security guards.  In others, we monitor activities though our modern system of security cameras.

It’s important to make sure that when you use the ATMs, you perform your transactions in a private manner, making sure that nobody is watching and that no one (other than an identified bank employee) helps you. Remember to keep your PIN or security code secret.

If your credit card is held by the ATM, you must report it immediately by calling Telebanco Popular at (809) 544-5555 from Santo Domingo, or 1-200-5555 toll-free from the interior.
