CONTEST POLICIES

 

“BANCO POPULAR LOAN FESTIVAL”

 

 

            1)       CONTEST DATE:

-          The promotion will be effective from April 1st until June 30th.

-          Three winners will be selected electronically, on May 5th, June 5th and July 5th 2005. The amount of the prize will be accredited to the winners account up to a maximum of RD$200,000. 00.

 

 

             2)     PARICIPANTS:

-          Only the new loans approved are eligible to participate during the period of the promotion.

-          The following loans are eligible for the contest:  Personal, Mortgage, Commercial, Vehicle, Extracrédito, and Extracuenta.

-          The drawing will be made in accordance to the identification number of loan.

-          The loan has to be up-to-date and should not present any delays in payment or interest rates in order to participate.

-          The loans granted to the employees of Grupo Popular, S.A. and its branches are not eligible for this contest.  

 

 

             3)     WINNERS :

-          On the Monday after the contest, the name of the winners will be published in the press. 

-          All the drawings will be made electronically and in presence of a public notary.

-          El Banco Popular reserves the right to publish the winners names and images without holding any compensation whatsoever for the winners.

      

 

             4)     PRIZES :

-          Three monthly winners will be selected electronically.

-          The maximum amount for each prize will be drawn for a value of two hundred thousand pesos (RD$200,000.00), even if the amount solicited is greater.

-          In the event that the winner solicits a loan for less than RD$200,000.00, the prize will be accredited in the amount of the loan requested.

-          According to the law, taxes will be discounted from the established prize.

-          Banco Popular reserves the right to extend or to modify the contest policies.

-          Other restrictions may apply.
