       The new debit card promotion, “Rodéate de dinero pagando con Débito Popular”, offers weekly drawings of up to RD $100,000.00 and a monthly grand prize of (RD$ 500,000.00) for only one winner.

 

 

       Throughout a three month period, initiating on February 21, 2005 through April 30, 2005, “Rodéate de dinero pagando con Débito Popular”, will automatically generate an electronic ticket for each transaction made at commercial establishments with a Popular Debit Card, allowing clients to participate in weekly and monthly drawings. Five winners will be selected at random each week.  These drawings consist of crediting the winners account with of up to RD$100,000 an amount reached by multiplying the value of the purchase by 100.  In addition, a grand prize of five hundred thousand pesos (RD $500, 000.00) will be issued for one lucky winner each month.

 

 

       The debit card offers numerous benefits at commercial establishments, such as, payment facility without having to carry cash, balance consulting and cash withdrawal through automatic tellers from Cash Popular, ATH, Cirrus.  Popular also offers greater security in the transactions though the use of the PIN (Secret Code).

 

 

        This promotion is an additional way for Popular to award its debit card clients’ loyalty.
